Gene Johnson serves buyers, sellers, and investors across Northwest Houston, including Tomball, Magnolia, Montgomery, Cypress, and The Woodlands. While those are his core areas, he also helps clients throughout the greater Houston market.

With years in Texas real estate and a background that goes beyond traditional sales, Gene brings a well-rounded perspective to every transaction. His experience includes time in the appraisal industry, working as a general contractor, investing in spec homes, flipping properties, and acquiring rental properties through foreclosure. As a licensed mortgage loan officer, he understands both the financing and valuation sides of real estate, allowing him to guide clients with a broader, more practical view.

Gene works with a wide range of clients—from first-time buyers and relocation clients to investors, sellers, and those navigating life transitions like upsizing or downsizing. His approach stays consistent regardless of the situation: understand the client first, then build a strategy around them.

Outside of real estate, Gene stays active in his local community, continuing his involvement with school programs from his time as a football coach. At home, he enjoys spending time with his German Shepherd, Scout, who keeps him grounded and reminds him to slow down when needed.
